You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your account.

HiPe offers various subscription plans with different features and benefits. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees for your selected plan, billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy. We may update or discontinue plans at any time to ensure continuous value.

5. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Stripe, RazorPay, Paystack, PayPal, FlutterWave). You must provide valid payment details. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account. All fees include applicable taxes, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees and related charges.

6. Content Access and Usage

Subscribing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access HiPe content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display content without prior written consent. All content remains the property of Iqonic Design or its providers, and misuse may lead to legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All movies, shows, graphics, software, and trademarks on HiPe are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in penalties. Commercial use of content requires prior written approval.

8. Prohibited Activities

When using HiPe, you agree not to:

• Upload or distribute viruses or harmful code.

• Disrupt the security or functionality of the service.

• Attempt to bypass restrictions or protections.

• Share login credentials or use others’ accounts without permission.

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

Iqonic Design and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HiPe. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

HiPe is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access. All use is at your own risk.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time, effective upon posting. Continued use of HiPe after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Iqonic Design operates. Any disputes must be resolved in courts of that jurisdiction. If any term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.
